With extensive experience in Wealth Management, Commercial and Corporate Law, she started her professional career in Martinez, Algaba, de Haro, Curiel y Galvan-Duque, one of the most renowned litigation law firms in Mexico and worldwide, where she developed experience in litigation and commercial law.
She then went on to practice Energy Law at Rodríguez Dávalos Abogados, where she broadened her experience by practicing regulatory and corporate law.
She now specializes in wealth management and estate-planning, asset protection, as well as in Family Business Law, start ups, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, transformations, dissolutions, liquidations and corporate governance of family businesses.
Attorney at Law by the Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte, with additional courses in the United States and Mexico, she is fluent in English, having acquired numerous certifications.
